Click & Collect Info Hub

Starting in 1st March 2023, we will be launching our Click and Collect service at all of our locations nationwide. This service is available for Retail and Trade customers and orders must be placed through our website. Unfortunately, orders made over the phone cannot be fulfilled through Click and Collect.

What qualify as a Trade Customer? You must own a business within the automotive industy with a valid ABN, such as a mechanic shop, wreckers, panel beater etc.

 

For Retail Users
Select the Click & Collect option during checkout. Once your order is processed, our staff will email you when it's ready for pick-up. Please review the email carefully, as it contains important information about the collection address and available pick-up times.

 

 

For Trade Users

What qualify as a Trade Customer? You must own a business within the automotive industy with a valid ABN, such as a mechanic shop, wreckers, panel beater etc.

If you haven't register for a trade account with us and wish to, you can start by start registering for the trade account at our Register button, select "I am a Trade customer" checkbox, enter your details in the form and our staff will review your application form. An email will be sent out once your account has been approved.


When placing your order online, you will be prompted to select a time slot for collection. Two collection time frames are available: 11:00AM - 12:00PM and 3:00PM - 4:00PM. To take advantage of these options, please ensure that you place your order before 10:00AM for the morning collection window and before 2:00PM for the afternoon collection window.
